Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your BagnShop orders are processed and delivered.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, including major cities, towns, and serviceable PIN codes covered by our courier partners. Serviceability for your area is confirmed at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for COD).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

You'll receive an email/SMS confirmation with a tracking link once your order is shipped.


3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or high-volume periods such as festivals and sales.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, or for COD orders, applicable shipping or handling charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also log in to your BagnShop account to view your order status anytime.


6. Delays, Failed & Undelivered Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@bagnshop.com with your Order ID and we'll follow up with the courier.

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or to process a refund for the product value, excluding any shipping charges already incurred.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery where possible, or take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
