It started with a messy kitchen drawer.

Stuffed with gadgets that don't quite work, tools that felt cheap after a week, and things you bought online hoping they'd help — but never really did.
One evening in October 2025, standing in my Bangalore apartment staring at that drawer, I felt something click.
“Why is it so hard to find things that just work? Things built well. Things that actually stay in your life.”
That frustration became a question. That question became a search. And that search became BagnShop.
We believe a better home

Not expensive ones. Not flashy ones. Just ones that are thoughtfully chosen, genuinely useful, and built to stay in your life — not end up back in that drawer.
Every product on BagnShop is picked with one question: “Would we use this every single day?” If the answer is yes, it earns a place here. If not — it doesn't.
A small idea that grew into something real.
BagnShop launched quietly in October 2025 — no confetti, no big press release. Just a handful of products we genuinely believed in, a lot of late nights, and the hope that the right people would find us.
They did.
Month by month, order by order, home by home — things grew. Messages came in from customers in Mumbai who discovered a kitchen tool they now can't live without. Emails from a family in Chennai who gifted our wellness products to their parents. A note from a student in Delhi saying our desk organiser changed how she studies.
We didn't expect the love. We're incredibly grateful for it.

Dear BagnShop family,
I spent a decade in marketing — helping big brands reach millions of people. And somewhere in all of that, I realised the brands I loved most weren't the biggest ones. They were the honest ones. The ones that knew exactly who they were, what they stood for, and who they were serving.
BagnShop is my attempt to build something like that.
